It’s the Halloween month of October and Guy Fawkes Night November, check out what our mini ghosts have been up to over these two months.
Rubadubdub, our babies were in a tub..full of shredded paper! There were a lot of giggles and enjoyment from all the throwing, squeezing and spreading of the paper, a very different experience to their usual bedtime baths! Later on in the month, in true Halloween spirit our babies had bundles of fun dressing up, although it was hard to make them look scary being as cute as they all are, but it was the taking part that counted!
Following our Halloween theme, our 2-3’s have been busy creating monster masterpieces, we have a few Picasso’s on our hands! And later on in the month our toddlers turned into little minions, they had great fun posing for the camera, no shyness in our nursery, BIG smiles all round. And lastly, there is nothing better than stretching your tired body out after a fun packed day at nursery-it’s a hard life for our toddlers! Our yoga sessions are going down a treat with the children, a chance for them to wind down.
Meanwhile, our pre-schoolers had gallons of fun during an adventure to Stanwick Lake, enjoying the autumn sunshine, playing in the park and running around the acres of fields. They also had fun dressing up on Halloween, a tremendous effort, from the costumes right down to the face paint, it was a very spooooooky experience! And later on in the month, we had an army experience with our little troops, dressing up in all the gear (although, maybe slightly too big!!) They set up their base for the day at our nursery camp and we all made sure to listen to all of the commands..YES SIR!
