About Me:
Hello, my name is Kelly and I am the HR Manager at our Irthlingborough, Kettering, Bedford and Riverside nursery. After having my daughter, I realised that I wanted to work in childcare, and worked at Irthlingborough as assistant deputy manager where I gained my level 3 qualification in childcare. Watching children grow and develop is one of the best parts of my role and I am currently working towards my Level 5 in operations management.
